Getting your documents certified through Oaths.co.za™ is simple, secure, and designed to take just a few minutes. 

1. Verify Your Identity

To support secure and compliant certification, your identity is confirmed as part of the process.

This helps ensure that each certification is linked to the correct individual.

2. Upload Your Document

Upload the document you need certified.

You can:

  • Take a clear photo of your Smart ID Card, Driver’s Licence, Passport, or Proof of Address 
  • Upload a digital file directly from your device

3. Receive Your Certified Copy

Within a short time, your certified copy will be available.

Your document will:

  • Be certified by a Commissioner of Oaths 
  • Include OathsVault™ QR verification 
  • Be available for secure download 

It will be stored securely in OathsVault™, allowing you to access and share it when required.
