Getting your documents certified through Oaths.co.za™ is simple, secure, and designed to take just a few minutes. You set up your account once; then certify as many documents as you need, anytime. And as part of your annual subscription, your supported documents stay certified and ready whenever you need them.
Register, complete your profile, subscribe, and verify your identity through a quick, secure liveness check. This one-time step confirms who you are and creates your personal Digital Commissioner of Oaths profile, so every certification is correctly linked to you.
(See "Getting Started with Oaths.co.za™" for the step-by-step setup.)
Upload the document you need certified. You can take a clear photo of your Smart ID Card, Driver's Licence, Passport, or Proof of Address directly from your device.
Within a short time, your certified copy is ready. Each document is certified by a Commissioner of Oaths, carries OathsVault™ QR verification, and is available for secure download.
Your certified copy is stored securely in OathsVault™ and appears on your Dashboard marked Signed, ready to download or share whenever you need it.

Ready to certify your documents? Getting set up takes just a few minutes — there's nothing to download. Simply open Oaths.co.za™ in your browser and follow these steps to complete your first Digital Commissioner of Oaths session.
