- I will use Oaths.co.za lawfully, truthfully, and in good faith
- I understand that misuse of this platform is a breach of public trust and may result in legal action

- Just as a Commissioner of Oaths is bound by law, I accept that I too carry a responsibility to uphold the law when using this platform
- I will not falsify, impersonate, or manipulate the certification process
- I understand that documents are traceable, verifiable, and permanently linked to my digital identity
- I accept that I may be blocked, disqualified, or reported to legal authorities if I break this oath

- My account activity may be screened for fraud, sanctions, and risk by law
- My actions carry the same legal weight as signing a physical sworn declaration
- I am responsible for any attempt to misuse this system — even if unsuccessful
